This was an extensive remodel on Mr. Garcia’s rental in Delhi.
Work consisted of -Completely strip house, raise and install foundation, reframe and install new sub-floor in front living, hall, kitchen and bathrooms, reframe exterior & interior walls, complete re-wire of house, insulation, drywall, stucco, kitchen, bathrooms (3), laundry room, master walk in closet, laminate flooring throughout and roofing.
